The day centres on the beautiful Ourika Valley or the Imlil region beneath Mount Toubkal, North Africa's highest summit. With your driver, and an optional local mountain guide, you can walk between traditional villages, visit a Berber home for mint tea and learn how mountain communities live, farm and weave much as they have for centuries. Leave Marrakech and drive into the High Atlas, stopping at a viewpoint and, if you wish, an argan cooperative. Continue up the valley as the scenery grows ever more dramatic.

Explore a traditional village on foot with your driver or a local guide, visiting a Berber home for mint tea and a warm insight into mountain life, with an optional walk to a waterfall.
