Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Via Morocco Tours website and the transfer, chauffeur, and bespoke tour services provided by Via Morocco Tours SARL. By enquiring, booking, or travelling with us, you accept these terms in full.
Please read them carefully. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these terms for the entire party.
Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing and any required deposit has been received. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Many bookings are arranged through WhatsApp, email, or our website enquiry form. It is your responsibility to check that all details, including dates, times, pick-up locations, and passenger numbers, are correct before travel.
Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time of booking and cover the services expressly described in your itinerary. Unless noted otherwise, they exclude flights, personal expenses, gratuities, entrance fees, and travel insurance.
Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due date, are set out at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend a quoted price before confirmation where costs beyond our control change materially.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, please tell us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how far in advance you notify us and any costs already committed to our partners on your behalf.
We may need to alter an itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Where a significant change is necessary, we will offer a suitable alternative of comparable standard wherever possible.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid travel documents, visas, and any vaccinations required for travel in Morocco, and for arriving at agreed pick-up points on time.
We ask that you treat our vehicles, drivers, guides, and partners with courtesy. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where behaviour endangers safety or is unlawful, without refund.
Third-Party Services
Your journey may include services delivered by independent partners such as hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants, and activity providers. While we select our partners with care, these services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
We act in good faith to coordinate these arrangements on your behalf and are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of independent third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Liability and Insurance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services we have agreed to provide. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, and personal belongings for the duration of their trip.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
