This 5 days desert tour Marrakech Chefchaouen Tangier departure will be after your breakfast. Our English-speaking driver/guide will come to meet you at your accommodation, we then drive towards the High Atlas mountains heading to the South of Morocco. We can make some stops to enjoy the views of the mountains and discover one of the Argan workshops and Moroccan skin products. After a while, we will continue our day tour by driving to our next destination which is Ait Benhaddou kasbah. At our arrival, we will go on a guided visit to explore the kasbah and walk in its rock alleys.
Afterward, we’ll continue our day tour passing by Ouarzazate city “The Hollywood of Africa”, and the Rose Valley which is known as thousand Kasbahs valley. Upon arrival at our accommodation in Dades Gorge, we will check-in while having a fresh drink. Dinner and overnight included.
Our second-day tour departure will be after your breakfast. We then drive through Dades valley to see the amazing rock formation ‘the Monkey Toes’ before continuing to Todra Gorges. At our arrival at Todra, we will go for a walk under 300M altitude Canyons while enjoying the fresh breeze. Our desert trip will continue to the Desert through the Gate of the South with its mountains and Berber nomads. We’ll pass by Erfoud’s “The Fossil’s Capital” including a short stop in one of the Fossil’s workshops, where we will explore the operation of how to make fossils out of a huge rock. Our day trip’s final destination will be to the Merzouga dunes of Erg Chebbi. There we will go on our camels for sunset before returning to our luxury desert camp where we will stop for the night under bright stars.
Since we are in the middle of the Sand dunes, we will take the opportunity to wake up early to catch an amazing sunrise view. We then have breakfast in the camp and depart for our 3rd-day tour. We will take the destination to Fes passing by the Valley of Ziz with its biggest Palm Grove in Morocco. Here, we can make a stop at one of the panoramic spots that allow us to see the Valley from the top. After a while, we then continue our adventure tour towards the Middle Atlas, passing by Midelt “The Apple Capital”. Our lunch break will be in Zaida village to enjoy a special Moroccan meal. Our trip for the day continues towards Azrou Cedar forest. There, we will enjoy the beauty of green nature and feed the Monkeys in the forest. Before we arrive in Fes, we will pass by Ifrane “The Switzerland of Morocco”. As soon as we get to Fes, we will check in our Riad/Hotel for the overnight and dinner included.
Our day trip destination for today will be towards the North after we have breakfast. We will drive along the Rif mountains and hills of olive trees. We will pass by Ouazzan city including a stop for a drink on the way to the blue city of Chefchaouen. Once we arrive at Chefchaouen, we will go on a guided visit to discover the blue mountainous city and walk in its alleys. Our guide will accompany us to check in our hotel for the overnight. the rest of the day will be free to take your opportunity to discover the city at your own pace.
After breakfast, we will drive by leaving Chefchaouen heading to the North of Morocco on our way to Tangier. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to the airport or your hotel. End of our Marrakech Tangier desert trip.
